Bus Stop Information & Requests
Transportation is provided for eligible students. Parents may request transportation for their child(ren) by completing the form below. This does not guarantee that your child will be approved for transportation. Upon receiving a determination from the Department of Transportation, the parent will be notified via e-mail by our school staff with regards to the request for transportation. Requests may take up to 10 business days for processing.
Parents of PK/ESE students may complete the form below and include the necessary information. If you require an alternate pick-up or drop-off, please provide this information in the Additional Comments box.
Effective August 30, 2021, all students riding the bus will be issued a bus ID card which must be swiped upon entering and exiting the bus. For more information regarding this bus ID card, please contact our school.
